   Ideally situated just a 2 minute walk from Lytham St Anne's beach, historic pier and town centre, where there are many restaurants & cafe bars to enjoy.

   Close to Ashton Gardens with it’s relaxing & picnic areas,childrens play areas & bowling greens.

   The cottage is also conveniently close to 3 championship golf courses including Royal Lytham St. Annes all within a five minute drive.

   Seaside links courses, where the forces of sea, sand and nature combine to provide a challenge for dedicated golfers at all skills levels

   Guests have easy access to a choice of attractions along the Fylde Coast including a five minute drive just up the coast to all the attractions of Blackpool with it’s famous illuminations.

   The accommodation consists of:

     1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom on ground floor

     along with ground floor bathroom & separate toilet

     1 twin  bedroom on first floor

     We are located in the lovely area of Lytham St. Anne’s on the Fylde coast in Lancashire

                                         There is a Travel cot & highchair available on request

                                                           Pets are allowed by arrangement
