How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 14 working days but we do say allow up to 28 days at busy periods, we do notify you of tracking information when the item is dispatched. 

How is my order delivered? 

Your order is delivered by standard courier service with tracked deliveries Monday to Friday and must be signed for on delivery for security. Sorry excludes Islands & Highlands, for Islands & Highlands please ask for a delivery quote before purchase.

Can I request a Saturday delivery?

The couriers do deliver on Saturdays but there is a charge for this service but please ask before purchase if you requires this service

Are all items handmade?

Yes all our items are handmade in our family workshop.

Can I order a bespoke size?

We do make bespoke orders just email a question with dimensions to us and we will answer with a quote if it can be done.

How will I know when to expect the delivery?

We email you to say your item has been dispatched along with tracking information and a link to the couriers website.

How do I take care of my furniture?

Do you deliver to other countries as well as the U.K.?

We do deliver to some countries but please note some parcels may be subject to charges due to other countries levy's of import tax we have no control on which items are subject to taxes in another country once they leave the U.K.

We accept payment by BACS, Credit or Debit cards via Paypal & Bank transfers
Delivery on TV stands & Benches is to UK mainland sorry excludes islands & highlands, for islands & highlands please ask for a delivery quote before purchase.

We also offer storage facility if you are in process of moving for purchased items please ask before purchase.
All items leave us in perfect condition if possible please check your items on acceptance from delivery driver.

Terms & conditions

We endeavour to get your order to you within 14 working days but please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
Bespoke items are built to order and as such please allow us time to make your order plus delivery.
Please note that all orders will have to be checked on delivery as items leave us in perfect condition. If there are any visible signs of damage this must be advised to the delivery driver.
If your stock order has been conducted only through our website, you have 14 days from receipt of your order in which to advise us in writing that you do not want to keep the goods you will then be given a returns number, refunds cannot be processed without a current returns number. 
Ensure that the furniture is returned unused in the original condition in which it was received within 14 days.  We will not be able to refund the goods in full if there are any signs of damage or misuse or excessive handling which renders item not in resalable condition. 

Unwanted Product Returns within 14 days
The product must be returned in its original condition and unused for us to accept the item back.

If the product returned is damaged we reserve the right to charge for the damaged item to be repaired.

You will be liable for the delivery charge when returning the unwanted product.

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (postage reduction etc) you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount given in the offer.

If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way. After 14 days, unwanted goods will only be accepted at our discretion for a refund or a credit note.
Return of faulty goods within 28 days
If your product is damaged when you receive it we will offer you a full refund, repair or a replacement. All damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, dropping, damage resulting from exposure to sand and water etc once the item has been checked we will offer you a replacement, free repair or a full refund at our discretion..

If you require a refund then the product must be returned unused in its original and undamaged packaging. If the product is not returned in its original state or is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge for the repair of item.

Once the goods are back at our workshop and have been inspected, we will make the repayment within 14 working days.

We will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the goods in question, excluding the cost of return of the goods as long as the goods are in resalable condition.

  **Please note if you are not in to receive the delivery of your order after we have notified you with tracking information and or of dispatch then you may be liable for the re delivery by the courier.

Bespoke Items, Special Orders, Clearance & Vintage items .

We regret we are unable to accept the return of these goods as they have been specially made at your request.

Bespoke orders take longer to make as they are of specific dimensions etc so please allow up to 28 working days.

Vintage items are as described and may have chips, scratches dents etc commiserate with aged items they are non returnable unless at our discretion
